Remote work has been a great first step towards a collective loosening of work schedules, but even location-independent small business owners like me would admit that rest isn't always a priority. I think we're beginning to see a shift in how we think about work (articles like this, 4 day workweek tests, mental health conversations)...we just have a ways to go.
